If there is too much Citric Acid, add more baking soda
If you want to improve the flavour add more raro
Results:
My sherbet came out with a good taste, it was sweet and sower from the Citric Acid. It also tasted a bit bitter and it foamed up in your mouth.
Discussion: Why did the sherbet foam in your moth but not on the paper? Because it the reaction in your moth and the foam forms because of the saliva in your mouth.
What was the chemical reaction in sherbet? The chemical reaction is between the Citric acid and sodium bicarbonate. The reaction makes foam, the foam was caused in your mouth from the wet saliva.
